To collect a hire car from our Kyrenia offices, simply come into the offices during office hours, 9am to 5pm. However, if we know in advance that you wish to collect a car in the evening, out of office hours, someone will be in the office to help you. Remember, when you collect a hire car, each driver that wishes to be on the North Cyprus car rental agreement needs to show us their valid driving licence and passport, and all drivers must be at least 25 years of age.

To drop off a Pacific Rent A Car hire car at our offices at the end of your car rental period, just park the car and let us know you have dropped it off by giving our staff your keys, We do not require a signature when you drop a car off.

Alternatively, if you drop a car off out of office hours;

1. Make sure your remove all your personal items and any luggage from your hire car. Make sure you look in the glove compartment (if any), under the seats and in the boot corners - you'd be amazed what people leave behind!

2. For normal hire cars with a normal 'hard' roof (not a soft top), close all the windows except the side window slide, or make sure one window is slightly open at the top, leaving a gap big enough to get your hire car keys through it.

3. Lock all the doors, and then drop the car keys through the small window gap. We have a set of spare keys for all our North Cyprus hire cars.

5. For jeeps and other cars with a soft top or removable roof, open the lockable box on the dashboard. Turn the lock to lock the box with the box lid still open. Put the keys inside and close the box, so that you lock the keys inside the box. We have a spare set of keys for all our North Cyprus 4x4 hire cars.
