Ercan Airport Car Rental - We’ll Pick You Up

If you have never been to Cyprus then you are in for a grand surprise. It is an island of astounding beauty that ranges from warm coastlines to cool mountains in the middle with everything in between. As a lifetime resident of North Cyprus, I can tell you that you will have the best vacation visiting us here.
There is so much to do and so much to see that you will want to come back time and time again.

Biased? Well, maybe just a little bit, but there is one thing I can assure you of: if you hire a car from Pacific car hire North Cyprus while you are vacationing in our little corner of paradise, you will get first class service from the time you step through the doors at Ercan Airport. We do not have a desk or an office at Ercan Airport. But that doesn’t mean you are going to be left trying to figure out how to get to our offices. Not having an office at the airport simply means that we will come and pick you up.

When you book a car with us, we will ask you if you want to be picked up at the airport. Some visitors like to take a taxi to our office in Kyrenia and linger around the area seeing things first. That is fine with us. But if you opt to be picked up at the airport, we will bring your car hire to you. When you disembark the plane and head to the arrivals, one of my associates will be there waiting for you. They will be holding up a plastic board that has your name on it so you don’t have to try and figure out who is there for you. Greet our representative and they will help you get settled with you car hire. It’s fast and easy and very convenient.

Additionally, when you are ready to leave North Cyprus – and we do hate to see you go – we will meet you at the airport to pick up our car. There are no papers for you to fill out to drop it off. All you have to do is hand our representative the keys and that’s it. You’re all done. You don’t even have to refill the tank.
Remember, we at Pacific Car Hire want you to have a great time on your vacation. If anything happens to your hired car, call us and we will set you up with a new one, no questions asked, and at no additional cost unless we have to upgrade you. You can call us any time of day or night. Someone will be there to answer all of your questions and to come rescue you if your car breaks down.

TRNC Car Hire Customer Support

Pacific TRNC Car Hire, we value our customers and because we care so much about them we have put strict service standards and processes in place to make sure they get the best service possible. My team in customer support works hard to respond to every query we get from our customers, and while it may take us a few days to do that we strive hard to answer every one within a short period of time. Occasionally it takes longer for us to answer certain enquiries because of the nature of the question, but if you our customers have patience, we will get back to you.

I have read some comments from our customers about our service and TRNC car hire experiences; there were a few comments that disappointed me. While I understand why our customers said what they did about not receiving an answer to the query, it made me think about how we could improve our service. Explaining how our query process works was the best solution I could come up with and I hope that this really helps all of our customers when they are attempting to get a hold of us with their questions.

When you e-mail us at we will get back to you in 2 business days. If you do not receive this response, then we did not get your e-mail. The e-mail will have an enquiry number on it, and we ask that all future communication from you to us includes that number in your subject line. This will help us keep track of the queries we received and it will make it easier for us to get back to you with an answer to your question.

You should receive an answer to your query within two working days. If you have not received an answer from us by that time, we need to know about it. Additionally, if you have an outstanding query that we have not responded to, you need to contact us again – with the query number in the subject line – so that I know my team has not answered you. This helps us open up a dialogue with you and it will let us prioritize your query. We want to know about your problem and we want to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Your query will get our full attention.

Consider going to our Contact and FAQ Section of our website if you have a general question to see if your question has already been answered there. That will save you time in the long run. Car Rental Kyrenia Service

As an employee of Kyrenia car rental service, I take pride in our service and our customers. You would be amazed at the number of visitors to North Cyprus that come back to us time and time again. We love all of our customers and their opinion of our service is a very big deal to us. We cannot fix anything our customers have a problem with if we don’t know about them, so hearing from our customers is something we look forward to.

I am part of Pacific Rent A Car’s Service Excellence team and every month I pull together our customer surveys to see what they have to say. I’m especially interested in what our customers would like to see us improve. I must admit that I do get a chuckle out of some of things they ask for. I will be the first one to say that some of the requests are a little farfetched. But other suggestions have been really great – such as carrying car seats for our customers who have small children and my co-workers and I have actually wondered why we didn’t do what our customers suggested in the first place.

In order to get the best feedback from our clients we contact all of the people who have rented from us. Our car hire clients are from all around the world and we use an outside source to collect out surveys and send us the results. I know I prefer to have an unbiased and impartial view of the results sent to me so that I am not influenced in any way and can suggest changes that make sense. All of us at Pacific work on our survey and as we get more customers using our service we send out more surveys for feedback. How else are we going to build up a report with our customers if we don’t know how they feel?

I thought it was important when we developed our survey to ask our customers right off the bat if they would recommend us to a friend who is visiting North Cyprus. The answer is graded on a scale of 1 to 10 and the majority of our survey results come back with a score above 5, the mid range ‘maybe, maybe not’ spot. Our results have been consistent too over the last few years and that shows us that we are definitely on the right track to pleasing our customers and ensuring that they come back time and time again.

We also ask our clients how satisfied they were with the service we provided them. We want to know about all facets of our service, from the time they pick up the car from us at the airport to the time they bring the car back. We even ask if they required our free road side service because it’s important to know how well we responded to any problems they had with their vehicle. The survey I send out targets as many things as possible so that we can pinpoint any recurring issues right away and correct them in addition to passing on suggestions for improvement. And of course, I also pass along the praise we get.

Fuel Options Update

Here is a fuel options update from our previous post. For tourists or business visitors to North Cyprus looking for car hire, we have another fuel option with "Leave it as you got it".

For most visitors on holiday or vacation, we deliver our vehicles with the equivelent of 20 GB Pounds of fuel: This is the most popular petrol option. We fill the car up form Pacific Petrol Station and deliver it to you. The car will be provided with the equivelent of 20 GB Pounds of fuel, which you will be charged for and then you return the car empty. Please note that petrol is not refundable.

New fuel options update: “Leave it as you got it”

This is the second option which we don’t recommend if you are getting the car at Ercan Airport and driving long distance. We are offering this option for our customers who do not want to get full tank petrol because they believe they will not use full tank petrol.

If you choose this option, we deliver the petrol as it is and you bring it back as you got it.
