Title of the position: Office Administrator
Overall responsibility:
Applicants should be willing and able to get fully involved in a wide range of office duties and to assist other members of staff with work overflow.
Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):
Applicants must possess a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, strong writing skills, Microsoft Excel and Outlook-processing skills on a PC-platform.
Accounting experience would be an advantage. This position would suit a pro-active, enthusiastic individual who has a mature outlook and is eager to learn and develop within the role.
Previous experience would be an advantage, although sufficient training will be given.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday (Choosing 4 days): 09:30 am – 07:00 pm
Saturdays: 12:00 – 07:00 pm
Sundays: 09:30 am – 05:00 pm
