What about cancellation fee of my car hire booking?

Sometimes, it's necessary to cancel your car rental in North Cyprus if you suddenly can't come on holiday, or fall ill. At Pacific Rent A Car, we don't see why we should make money from your change of circumstances, so we will not charge you any cancellation fee. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can, particularly in the summer months, so we don't have a car idle for a week when someone else could be driving it.

Cancelling Northern Cyprus Car Hire Paid For Online
If you have booked your car hire online and already paid by credit card, we will refund your credit card once we have received confirmation of your cancellation either by email, by fax or by phone during office hours. Please quote your booking number when cancelling any car hire in North Cyprus with us.

Cancelling Car Hire in North Cyprus Booked Online
If you have booked your car hire online but have not yet paid for it, just email or call us to cancel, and we will not charge you any cancellation fee. Again, please quote your booking reference number from your confirmation email when cancelling any car booking.

If you have rung our offices or come in to book a rental car in person, please call us as soon as possible to cancel your booking. No cancellation charge will be made.

If you have booked car hire in North Cyprus with us, and had arranged for the car to be delivered to your hotel or villa, please let us know the minute you need to cancel that booking. This ensures we can reallocate our delivery drivers to other tasks in time to prevent a wasted journey.
